CI Digital Wealth is a registered Portfolio Manager across Canada and regulated by the securities commissions of each province. You can and should confirm this by checking our registration with the Canadian Securities Administrators. Additionally, all your assets are held in trust with one of our custodians, which are all well recognized financial institutions and members of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). All of our custodians are Canadian custodians under applicable securities laws and members of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (“CIPF”) which provides protection for your accounts in case of the custodians’ insolvency for up to $1 million per account type.
